Positive: The hosts were very responsive to our needs throughout the duration of our stay. The breakfast supplies were excellent, especially the home preserved peaches. It was great to be able to chromecast to the TV. It was very comfortable in all respects. We loved hearing the birds coming in to roost, and waking up in the morning, in trees nearby.
Negative: I noticed in some reviews people were disturbed by traffic noise, but this was never a problem for us. It was only just close enough to walk to town centre for groceries or a coffee, sometimes we decided to drive, but mostly we walked.

Positive: Had a continental breakfast and it was good. Lovely homey and sunny cottage :)
Negative: The road noise - not used to it as live away from any main roads.
Summary: There for a funeral, very quick stay, had an early morning walk which was very peaceful :)

Positive: Location was central for visiting wineries in Martingborough. The provided bicycles were good for winery visits, especially as most of the wineries were on flat land (no hills). Only the more far away Te Muna road wineries were on a hilly side. The Four Square supermarket was much better than expected from the Four Square chain. The facilities of the cottage were good.
Negative: Traffic noise was horrible all trough the night. We expected that continental breakfast included bread as usual, but there was butter & jam but no bread.

Positive: Excellent cottage for a long weekend stay. Plenty of room and very comfortable. Breakfast was included and great! Not too far from town.
Negative: It was close to the road so a little bit noisy but just a minor thing.

Positive: we loved the cottage and all the facilities offered were excellent - very clean - hot showers - really comfortable beds - great homemade muesli and toast for breakfast with local jams and freshly ground coffee. could have gone for a bike ride but our time just ran out - thank you
